Another beautiful day here in downtown Lexington, VA. I believe we are in for delightful weekend, with no chance of rain! Activities galore this week, so let’s start with tonight’s activities, and I’m embarrassed to admit that I didn’t know our drive-in has a Retro Cinema night on Wednesdays!! So tonight, Hull’s Drive-in is featuring Top Gun – what a classic! The price is by the car load, so why not pile in and catch a movie under the stars!
Friday night, Music in the Garden is happening at Boxwerwood Gardens, The schedule shows this week to be a group of local musicians that play each Wednesday mornings here in town. They call themselves “Exiled Lexington CS Jam” – the concert on Friday night starts at 6:30. Remember to bring your chair or blanket to enjoy the show.
Our neighboring town of Buena Vista will be hosting the Annual Union Beach Music Festival & Classic Car Show at Glen Maury Park over the weekend.
