Autumn Scenery in Lexington, VA
Perfect weather to be outside enjoying the lovely fall colors, or for viewing out the window here in Lexington, VA today!! Lots of outdoor activities still happening in the area starting with a special showing of the Back to the Future Trilogy at Hull’s Drive-In tonight. Today happens to be the date that Marty McFly landed in the future, in Part 2 of the trilogy. What a great night to be out under the stars catching up with the future!
It’s also a big weekend at Washington & Lee University as they host the Young Alumni/Homecoming weekend.
All kinds of indoor activities also happening over the weekend. On Saturday there will be a book signing at VA Born and Bred, which is located right downtown in historic Lexington, VA. Another indoor activity would be the Fused Glass Play Date at Renegade Art Studio, plus, when you are finished you will have a handmade treasure to keep. I’d like to also mention a new establishment here in downtown, Brew Ridge Taps just opened up a month ago and will be featuring live music on Saturday night.
