For those in a position to do some work, this could be a fantastic buy. A cute , well built brick ranch on almost 8 acres of land near all the attractions of Natural Bridge. The house is being sold AS IS for estate purposes and the trustee has no information or disclosures so come with eyes wide open. The shingle roof was replaced about 8 years ago and is in good shape but the interior was never painted or patched from where the old roof leaked; it might look ominous but the 1st level is dry as a desert... the basement however needs some attention as it appears dank and musty smelling. May just need to direct water from the flat backyard away from the foundation. At this price and with this many acres, it is well worth the effort. Elec.
